In the Netherlands, you must file a tax return at the request of the tax authorities, or on your own initiative. For entrepreneurs, the following tax returns may occur:

• VAT (turnover tax)
• Wage taxes (wage tax return)
• Income tax (in the case of a profit)

Once you are registered in the trade register of the Chamber of Commerce then you will be registered with the Tax Administration. Depending on your tax situation, you will be registered for various tax taxes.
