Organizedflex: WAADI admissions system implementation
Introduction
Organizedflex has developed an assessment programme to quickly assess service providers, service recipients and self-employed persons on the implementation of the WagwEU Directives (Directive 2014/67/EU) in their organisation. This assessment is summarised in a detailed report indicating which parts of Directive 2014/67/EU have been correctly and not yet correctly implemented. For the parts that have not yet been implemented correctly, a recommendation is made in the report.
Posting in accordance with WagwEU (Directive 2014/67/EU)
The basis for implementation are the conformity requirements set out in the WagwEU (Directive 2014/67/EU) to be allowed to post. It also includes the additional requirements that will become mandatory from 1 January 2025.
Implementation of conformity assessment
For the implementation of the WagwEU (Directive 2014/67/EU), we take as a starting point the assessment presented in the report.
The following main themes emerge during implementation:
- Company identification
- Personnel administration
- Payroll administration
- Financial administration
- Specific situations
- Reporting checklist
- Documents for employees at the workplace
- Contracts
To properly implement and secure the work process according to WagwEU guidelines, there will be close cooperation with the company's existing staff.
Implementation contract
When an implementation contract is agreed by both parties, the implementation process is started as scheduled.
