Foreign companies
We register foreign companies that want to carry out activities in the Netherlands. Often these companies have a project or want to second its employees to a service recipient seeking employees (client) in the Netherlands.
Wage tax
Registration is important because without a loonheffing number, payroll tax cannot be remitted for the and paid to the tax authorities.
Chamber of Commerce
We assist foreign companies and take care of the necessary data needed for registration at the Chamber of Commerce in the Netherlands. We take care of this in close cooperation with the director/owner of the company abroad.
Tax authorities
It is increasingly common for the tax authorities to request additional information on the company and its employees in the Netherlands, before assigning a payroll tax number. Also in this case, we are the contact person to complete the file for the tax authorities.
ZZP registration in the Netherlands
There are more and more EU citizens who want to register as ZZP'er in the Netherlands. We assist them and take care of the necessary data needed for registration at the Chamber of Commerce in the Netherlands. We do this in close cooperation with the owner(s)/founder(s) of the sole proprietorship or general partnership.
