OrganizedFlex: Contact (Article 7)

The WagwEU (Article 7) stipulates that the service provider employing an employee in the Netherlands must appoint a contact person in the Netherlands. The contact person is the point of contact on behalf of the service provider and must be available to answer questions about the posting and to receive and send relevant information.

OrganizedFlex is the central contact for the employer when relevant information is requested by authorities. In the employee's app, we have put our phone number as the contact person. At this phone number, we can be reached during office hours. We also have an emergency number for evening hours and weekends.
